GovCIO Named to Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces for Parents & Families 2024

Fairfax, Va. – Newsweek magazine has named GovCIO as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Parents & Families for 2024. GovCIO received the highest possible rating (5 stars) based on a comprehensive, independent evaluation that represented over 113,000 working parents who provided more than 693,000 company reviews.

GovCIO, a leading provider of advanced technology solutions and digital services for the federal government, is joined on the list by other technology companies such as ADP and ServiceNow. 

In cooperation with Plant-A Insights Group and PrivCo, Newsweek’s methodical approach identified and documented key indicators related to how much parents feel supported in a workplace. This approach examined factors such as corporate programs for families, including child care services, and analyzed social media for company ratings and parent reviews. 

GovCIO’s focus will remain on promoting professional growth and personal well-being through new DEI&A programs, extensive learning and development opportunities via GovCIO University, engaging events like the Flywheel of Dreams Summer Series, and maintaining a work environment where all employees, such as working parents, feel a genuine sense of belonging and acceptance, according to Hahn.
