2025 Year in Review
Insights from Joe Cormier, CFO & COO
GovCIO continued to grow, adapt, and deliver mission-critical results for our customers in 2025, a year that tested the entire federal contracting sector. This year reinforced who we are: resilient, innovative, and united by a shared commitment to improve government through technology.
Achieving New Heights in Revenue
In 2025, we surpassed $1.3 billion in revenue, a significant milestone achieved amid one of the most challenging periods in the federal market. This success reflects the strength of our strategy and execution, driven by a combination of impactful new wins, successful recompetes, and meaningful contract expansions across our portfolio.
Expanding Our Portfolio
Our growth this year has been driven by a combination of new business wins and expanded work with existing customers. We continue to see strong momentum with our largest customer, the VA, including additional wins and program expansions, as well as new work at DHS. Within our DoD portfolio, the MAVERICK contract has been a significant growth driver, attracting new customers and extending beyond DoD as other agencies leverage the vehicle.
This growth has been further enabled by our forward-leaning approach to mission technology, positioning us to support emerging customer needs in cyber, AI readiness, and advanced analytics, areas where demand continues to accelerate.
Together, these wins underscore our relevance and differentiation in an increasingly competitive federal marketplace.
Acquisition of SoldierPoint Digital Health
This strategic addition strengthens our franchise position at the Department of Veterans Affairs with an expansion into the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). By integrating SoldierPoint’s deep expertise in digital health modernization and connected care, supporting the VA’s $2B Connected Care Integrated Network, we expanded our capabilities to advance care delivery and outcomes for millions of Veterans and their families.
Empowering Our People
Our workforce has grown to over 3,800 employees, growth driven by our continued focus on attracting top talent and investing in the development of our people. Our culture remains one of our greatest strengths, and we were proud to be named to Newsweek’s Greatest Workplaces for Professional Services, Veterans, and Most Admired Workplaces, reflecting the culture our teams build every day.
In 2025, we made significant investments in GovCIO University, our comprehensive learning platform designed to help employees advance their skills and contribute to a culture of excellence. We also launched a mentorship program to further support professional growth and knowledge sharing across the organization.
We continue to champion employee development through expanded learning initiatives, strengthened employee resource programs, and an ongoing commitment to career mobility and workplace flexibility. Even in a challenging year, our people remained our greatest differentiator.
Looking Ahead: 2026 and Beyond
We enter the new year with strong momentum across federal health, national security, cyber, and digital modernization. With our healthiest pipeline in years, expanded capabilities, and aligned teams, we are well positioned to continue our growth trajectory and create new career opportunities for employees to expand their skill sets.
To our employees, partners, and customers, thank you for your resilience and dedication throughout 2025. This year proved that when faced with uncertainty, GovCIO shows up stronger. Together, we are well-positioned not only to navigate the evolving federal landscape, but to lead it.
Here’s to continued progress, growth, and impact in 2026.
