Hiring Process and Status

Q: What is the status of my application?

A: You can view the status of your application(s) at any time by logging back into our career portal and clicking on the link to your dashboard (at the top right of the page): https://careers-govcio.icims.com/r.jsp?up=null

If your application is being advanced to the next step of the recruiting process, the recruiting team will contact you regarding the next step which is typically an initial call with the recruiter.

If you are not selected for the position to which you applied, you will receive an email notification.

If you haven’t received an email notifying you that your application is not moving forward, or for a request to connect with us for next steps, it is likely still in the review process with the recruiting team. The timeframe for review typically depends on the position and the number of applications.

Q: What does “under review” mean as a status on my application?

A:  The recruiter is in the process of reviewing your application and will follow up as applicable with the next steps or an update on your application.

Q: How can I confirm that I successfully applied?

A: Once you’ve submitted your application, return to your dashboard where you will see a list of all positions to which you’ve applied and your status. If you do not see the position listed there, your application was not submitted. If you started the application but it wasn’t fully submitted, it will show on the list and prompt you to complete the application so that you know it is currently incomplete.
