We focus on optimizing system performance by managing four networks and nine critical applications, as well as overseeing seamless software releases. As dedicated instructors within the Special Operations School of Information Technology (SOSIT), we play a vital role in shaping the next generation of communicators for the Joint Communications Unit (JCU). With a focus on cutting-edge training, we deliver comprehensive instruction to approximately 25 Special Operations Forces (SOF) students per class in a blended learning environment, offering two six-month courses each year.
Our mission is to provide specialized, mission-critical communications training tailored to meet the unique requirements of the JCU. As subject matter experts in the Special Operations Communication Operators Training Course (SOC-OTC), we cover core areas such as basic radio theory, power and cabling, and SATCOM techniques, all vital to SOF tactical operations. Additionally, our team applies in-depth knowledge of Antenna Fundamentals and utilizes the ADDIE process—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—to continually enhance our lesson plans and course curricula.

Our Distance Learning Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring incoming students meet course prerequisites by facilitating communication and crafting customized learning pathways through Computer-Based Training (CBT) platforms.
In addition to serving as a PKI Trusted Agent managing network account requests, our specialist also leads operations at the JCU Pearson VUE testing center, overseeing the functionality of equipment to accommodate up to 12 candidates simultaneously. With over 100 technical certification exams proctored, they ensure smooth testing operations.

Our dedicated facilities associates provide outstanding support to JCU, managing over 22 buildings across two locations with a commitment to excellence.
